giese23
My air conditioner has broke and is causing my tank to reach over 90 degrees. I would like to borrow or rent a chiller if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Cameron
Headless_donkey
That SUCKS! I wish I had a chiller for you. Here are some other things to try: 1) Reduce light cycle to bare minimum(6ish hours) 2) run lights at night 3) Get big box fans to blow air toward the surface of the water 4) float bags of ice in the tank 5) If you have metal halides, with actinic supplementation run only the supplemental lighting maybe replace with 10000K bulbs.
