Sunday shortly after my lights came on I noticed a pretty bad smell that I quickly realized was coming from my tank, it was not organic, it was the smell of burnt electronics. The drivers/power supplies for one of my 36" lights died. I removed it from the system, and today I sent an email to them asking if I could get a replacement, and could I pick it up today? Only a few minutes after I clicked send, I got a response via email (not from the ticketing system), then a few minutes later a phone call. By mid-day I took the dead one in, they swapped the driver for me, no questions asked. So tonight I'm back up and running. Thanks BuildMyLED!!
