madsalt
I have two MP40s on my 180 gallon. Currently they are at each end of the tank. I know people say place them until you feel they are in the right spot. Has anyone had any luck with placing them both on one end of the tank. I have a rock wall so the MP40s at each end have to compete with it. I was thinking that having both on one end would allow the MP40s to flow around each side and through the rock wall. I am sure this has been discussed before but I couldn't find anything on it here.
Juiceman
Lets see a pic of your current rock work so we can offer suggestions.
madsalt
Here is the jist of it. It is actually a bit higher. so the mp40s blow against the ends. I was thinking about placing one on each side of the rock work
Juiceman
Do I see some Jbaos also?
madsalt
That is an older picture, I am only running mp40s. Those were Tunzes that just moved water and that was it, no control. I used that pic to illustrate what the tank looks like, again the wall is actually higher than that.
