chatfouz
hey yall. because i am unable to physically keep tanks at the moment, i just plan & dream. curious however when yall choose fish for you tanks. do you ever take into concideration thier origin? like not mixing south pacific with atlantic etc? i mean i know they are mixed all the time. but does anyone attempt to not just match personalility and temp requirements but actual habitats. or is that too far? subsailor
I dont as far as reefs but in my cichlid tanks I do. My 140 is strictly malawian mbuna, and my 55 is strictly victorian.
Entropy
I let my 7 year old daughter pick the fish and then I veto them until she picks one that will work. I don't try to keep it all from one area. That takes too much research and money (especially money). Seaworld does a pretty good job of that though.
