+o0zarkawater
Pull it off carefully and put it in a container in the tank. It will heal. That minor foot damage is no big deal. I put mine in a fish breeder net near the top of the tank with a rock to hold onto for a week or two, then put back in normally. You can also just take a tupperware and cut a bunch of holes in it for flow, and to keep it in one spot.

Jimbo662
when this happened to mine i put it in a deep tupperware container and attached it to the side of the tank with the edge below the water line so it could get some circulation. I think it took about a week and a half to two weeks for it to recover and it finally crawled out on it's own. I immediately started using the foam covers. Luckily I did because about month or so later it released and was blown by the current and went tentacle first into the other powerhead. luckily I saw that right after it happened and got him off of it without any damage. Gonzobob
Please update us as to your status. As with others my 'disasters' with anemones and pumps have largely been innocuous. At worst the anemone has lived, at best it's propagated.
