While it is still in the planning and acquisition phase, some of the items have began to arrive. So far the hardware acquired is: Mr. Aqua 12 galling long (approx 36" L x 8" W x 9" H) Neptune Apex controller AquaIllumination Sol Blue The tank will be drilled to allow for more water volume and the ability to hide equipment. Will most likely run bio pellets from the start. Other than a Tunze 9002, does anyone have any positive experience with small skimmers? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Not sure what you're planning on putting in there, but I've been doing great with a 9 gallon DT with a 20 gal crypt sump from Fishy Business and a bunch of LR and no skimmer.
