(Bio)³
Yup that is GSP or green star polyps. FYI it grows like a weed and takes over rapidly. Most people will place it on its own "island" in their sand bed to make it easily removable.
Jason & Amber
Well my wife is super excited now she likes them, what do we have to do to keep them alive? Read they are photosynthec but can be feed also right now they are the only thing we have. Is just leaving the light on longer going to take care of them(only on about 2-3 hours a day right now)? ckyuv
Yep give them about 8 hours of light and they will do just fine. Very hardy coral
Bpb
Some people tell tales of them dominating a tank. Mine has almost had zero growth in like 8 months. They're a cool coral to have if you can control them. Most people have them in their tanks at some point

subsea
Some years back, a 150G tank back glass was completely covered with Pom Pom Xenia and GSP. Once it covered the complete back of tank it looked amazing. Patrick PS. The more blue light the more green fluorescence you will get from your star polyps.
