lewisweil
Once upon a time I saw a site that tiny coral from larvae that had recently settled out. Not frags, but actual baby corals from sexual reproduction. They called them micro coral or something. I haven't been able to find it since I saw it awhile back. Does this sound familiar? Anyone know who the seller might be?
Timfish
Corals raised from larva or embryos are very rare but you might try Aquatouch (part of the problem I think is larva corals look like flatworms): http://www.aquatouch.com/livestock.html
lewisweil
That it is very cool. I'm adding that to my short term wish list. Its not the site I saw awhile back so maybe the other one is still out there.
mFrame
If you're interested in this topic be sure to check out our October meeting/frag swap speaker - Alyssa Squiers, Senior Aquarist at the Tx State Aquarium. She'll be speaking about coral reproduction.
lewisweil
I am quite interested. I'll try to get out of the lab in time to be there. I'll see if I can get someone from Mikhail Matz's lab to come. That is part of what they study.
