+dapettit
I have it coded correctly (ran through a simulator I got off of RC). And it shows the switches on in the web browser, my android, and iPad.
(Bio)³
Check the 110 outlet at the wall with a lamp? I'd start tracing electricity all the way up to the stopping point. Try rebooting the system and see how it acts. Did you run through all of the neptune system trouble shooting? If all else fails toss them an email, they respond really fast. +dapettit
I haven't reset the unit. Will try that this evening. If that doesn't work I email Neptune Systems. Dave-
mFrame
I have one dead outlet on my 2nd dc8, have you tried them all individually? If you reverse the dc8s (use your old as the second with outlets 9-16 and your new as outlets 1-8) do any of them work? If you connect just the new dc8 will it work by iteself? +dapettit
I"ve tried all the sockets, I think I have the phoe wire going from the 2nd dc8 in the wrong connection. I will check when I get home this evening. I hope the unit isn't bad I bought it a year ago. Update to follow.
