Lots of pulsing xenia, yellow and blue sponges, gornonian and coraline algae. There is a nice 2" greenish kenya tree, a couple of mushrooms and a few unidentified orange zoas. I imagine there will be a handfull of hitchhiking brittle stars too. There is also a tuft of something that looks like green turf algae. However it doesn't seem to grow at all, it just sits there looking nice and green and soaking up excess nutrients. The rock is about 9x5x7 and I would guess around 5 to 6 pounds.
