With deep regret, I wanted to inform you all that Wayne (AKA...WayneB) of Bastrop passed away last week from heart disease. His wife Lynn called me tonight and wanted me to pass this on to everyone. Wayne was a very nice, soft spoken gentleman that loved this hobby. Many of us had the opportunity to get to know Wayne and Lynn. They joined us on the Port A collection last year and had a great time. He will be missed.

I was worried something was up with him as I PM'd him several times and never heard back. I know he was having issues last fall.

I hope he's moved onto the big pond. Best wishes.

Oh gosh!! I loved Wayne...he loved to tell me heart warming stories of his past....and I remeber how excited he was to have that brand new kitchen put in for Lynn. Thank you Belinda for letting us know.

Wayne was a very soft spoken person who would go out of his way to help anybody in the hobby. His wife was a gem. My heart is sadden today to hear of his passing.

OH my gosh! I worked with Wayne and knew there was something going on with his health. It's a large place (about 500 people across 3 floors) and I only saw him now and then, but I had no idea that he'd passed. He was a gentle spirit, always ready with his slow, shy smile.
