+Hydro
This guy is huge!!!! The other tangs in the pictures are 5-6" long to give some perspective. He is about 8" long and at least 10" tall. I'm really glad that I have plenty of swimming room for him. I'm assuming that b/c this fish is so big it isn't stressed at all. I had it in 75 gallon QT and it ate a few hours after getting off the plane (picked him up at the airport). Been eating good for several days so I went ahead and took the risk of putting in the display b/c the QT is too small for a fish this size. I left the lights off in one corner of the tank and he has been hanging out there occasionally making a pass back and forth across the tank. Needless to say none of my other tangs are giving him any problems.

+Hydro
awsome black tang i have always wanted one. if you dont mind me asking how much did he cost? Online they are around $500 for a medium size and $900 for a large, this guy is an extra large which would probably be between $1,200-$1,500. I would rather not post what we paid, but it was less than retail pricing.
