piers
Have pruned three squares of healthy GSP from my tank -- each about 1inch square. These are the "feelers" that grow out seeking to expand new territory, so are great for gelling down, and have thus not been scraped off rock. Some hate the GSP, but it's great to watch for a beginner, and fluoresces nicely. If you are worried about it taking over, glue this to a small rock and place it somewhere where you can keep an eye on it! Sorry, no pic.
