PM RL 150 Micro Bubbles

So all of a sudden my PM skimmer is shooting out micro bubbles from the output. I took it out, cleaned and inspected it, and put it back together. All the parts look "a" ok. I have not added any supplements other than the stuff I usually use. I have had it for 5 months running fine and last night I noticed my tank was kinda cloudy and its the skimmer shooting out a major load of micro bubbles. I added some new frags last night but I have never had that affect my skimmer before. All my corals look ok, fish are fine just water sucks. Nitrates at 0, Phosphates 0, Ammonia 0, calcium 450, pH 8.2. I am at a loss. The only thing I can compare it to is when you add this stuff and it makes your skimmer make bubbles for days if you don't turn it off, of course I have not used this though. Any thoughts or concerns. I am going to go ahead and turn the skimmer off for a while until I get a reply. I have a video on my phone but the file it to large to load on the board.

Sometimes my skimmer will do this after a water change. but it goes away after a day or so. When it does this I never get any skim mate . As soon as I see skim mate in the cup the bubbles go away. Maybe its a sign of clean water. So you might be right to turn off your skimmer until the next day. I also so use sponges wrapped around the output part of the skimmer to cut back on the bubbles.

Mine tends to do this when it's due for a cleaning.. the venturi starts clogging, which causes me to have to raise the water level in the standpipe higher than normal to get the bubbles to the right height, which apparently leads to microbubbles getting discharged. Running the pump overnight in a vinegar/water solution, then rinsing and reinstalling it really helps.

Thanks for the advice...So I wound up just turning it off for 24 hours and really cleaning it out well. Started it back up about 20 min. ago. At first the problem was still there. I tuned it wide open and it looks like it is working just fine now.
