NES and SNES games can be easily restored with a Q-tip and Windex. Also, if it's as bad as the console's connection plate being bad (the piece that clamps the contacts on the game), a replacement piece is like $5.

For me, auto topoffs are one of the best investments one can make in this hobby. Just fill up the reservoir every couple weeks and forget about it. Priceless.

I've got a 2.5-3" frag of purple tri-color acro that I thought I'd try out in my nano. It isn't doing as well as I had hoped, starting to brown. Put it in your tank, if it colors back up throw me $20.
