A long ways to go by many standards but it's getting there. Some carbon socks hanging in the back to do some heavy lifting on nutrients while I'm traveling, a marble statue that looks as though it might become a problem tenant, and a need for a deep clean on the substrate and rock in general....but I'm enjoying it all nonetheless. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to every one!

This is such an epic thread. I seriously spent the last hour plowing through the whole thing (and texting my girlfriend back, I'm not THAT slow of a reader)

Thanks a lot FarmerTy. I've yet to invest in a stabilizing rig, polarized filters, color correction or an actual camera [emoji6] but I'm geeking out on this hobby harder than anything since high school.
Here's a clip of the fungia plate I got from you at the swap, it is definitely my favorite thing in the tank right now. Totally otherworldly.

Here's my sad little contribution in a sea of giants :-P With the exception of a bit of LR, snails and the candy cane, everything else in my tank (and my tank) came from someone on ARC! Thanks everyone!

These videos are stunning! Can anyone tell me what this is from subsea's video from a long time ago?

Hey Stephen! I've just read through your whole post from start to finish, and am really encouraged by what you were able to accomplish over a couple years. I just posted in Tank Builds because I'm starting up a pico myself. Any comments you have to provide would be welcomed.

I discovered some bright green feather duster worms last night - there's about a dozen emerging from one piece of live rock. I thought I had neon hair algae for a second but now I'm just excited haha.
