about 20 lbs live sand

aproxamently 30 lbs of live rock

6 line wrasse

pistol shrimp. they are paired

very large coral banded shrimp

Various corals

mostly lps, zoas, couple of torch corals, xenia, palys, and mushrooms.

Theres more in here but i cant recall all of it.

A few months ago I decided that of course my baby boy due in December would need a tank for his nursery so Ive had that as a work in progress for a while now. Nothing too extravagant just a couple of clowns so LPS and ricordea a few shrimp snails a nem and a wrasse. Within the last few days I had really gotten everything where I wanted it and was happy with the setup. We went to the doc today and found out that she will be induced at 5 am tommorrow. So we came home super excited and walked into the nursery to have a look around and make sure everything would be right for the trip home. I happened to look at the tank and see the picasso clowns are hosting the anemone for the first time. Cannot beat that timing!

ah indeed they are. I just got a batch of nerites from reefcleaners recently. Guess they have been keeping busy.

These white dots started popping up in my 33 gallon long about a couple of weeks ago. At first i didn't pay much attention and thought it was coraline without looking at it closely but when i was doing a water change i flipped the rock over and took a closer look. The best way i can describe them is almost like a drop of hardened wax. They are mostly on this rock and a few on the back glass. Any ideas?

I have for sale a 29 gallon tank with black wooden stand. It has a number of scratches on the glass but you cant see them unless you have an algae biuldup. The back is painted black I'll sell them together for $50. Or for $30 a piece.

A 36 inch 4 bulb t5 fixture that is about 3 months old. It has 2 ati aquablue bulbs, 1 ati purple plus, and one run of the mill actinic bulb. The ati bulbs are about 2 weeks old the actinic is 3 months same as the fixture. I also have 2 10k and 1 actinic that were on the fixture before i bought the new ati bulbs that i'll include. It also has 3 groups of 2 blue led moonlights. There are 3 separate switches and power cords that run 2 bulbs, 2 bulbs, and the moon led's. I wont be willing to let go of this until my 48 inch fixture comes in which will be teusday or wednesday of this coming week.-$80

Today im purchasing a 33 long which I'll have a few small fish and soft corals aka shrroms zoas and frogspawn. It's the same footprint as a 55 just 12 inches tall though. I'll have about 40 lbs of lr and about the same in sugar sized sand. I have a koralia 425 laying around what else should I include for a good flow and how should I positions them

I'm probably down for at least 30 bucks

I think I've decided to go with the 40g breeder tank. Hopefully I can find one still for sale. Any idea how long the per gallon sale is going to last?
