I'm moving this week and need to get rid of this live sand so I'm giving it away for free. It's been curing for about 6 months.

Hey guys, so I decided to takedown and sell my 12 gallon system to gather funds for a bigger all-in-one system in the future.

- Marineland Reef Capable LED lighting System w/integrated timer ~$150
- Eschopps PF-Nano Overflow box ~$55

- 5.5 gal sump with three partitions ~$10
- Koralia Circulation pump, 240 gph ~$25
- Tetra 20 gallon Air pump ~$10
- Mars Fishcare 401M Saltwater Master Test Kit ~$30
- I also have miscellaneous hardware that goes into making the complete system (e.g. u-tube, tubing, a net, felt aquarium magnets, clip-on lamp, aquarium padding, buckets, etc.)
Livestock
- Live rock (some pictured below) Mixture of Fiji and Man-made (60lbs total?). Has been curing for about 2 months with circulation pump and heater at 70F
- Live sand about 20 lbs
All hardware is in perfect working order, has been clean and stored in original boxes, and has been used for less than 4 months. You can contact me on here or text me at: 815-701-2912
Thanks,

I have an 11.4g DT, but it's already set up. The back of the tank is painted black, however, so I'm hoping that'll hide most of the overflow from view.

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy some hardware for my 5.5g sump I'm trying to start (I already have the tank for it).
Right now I'm thinking about buying:
Eshopps overflow box (PF-Nano rated at 200 gph)
Quite One Pro 1200 pump (Mfg# R440102, Max head= 6 ft, Max gph= 296)
Let me know if you have similar or relavent hardware to sell.
Thanks,

Hey guys,
I was just wondering if anybody wants to sell me a 10 gal stand. My tank dimensions are 18.9" L X 11.8" W X 11.8" H. Ideally, I'd like one with enclosed storage space.
Thanks

Will you take $200 for the jbj light?

Thanks I'd be willing to take you up on that offer. I'm located right by 41st and Red River - just off I35.
3 nanos? That's pretty cool. I'd like to hear which fish you've managed to keep in them.

I'd like to go but I'm a graduate student without a car. Google maps says 1.4 hr comute from my apartment. Maybe someone will want to do a car pool... Thanks for letting me know about this meeting! It's perfect timing for me

Yes they are. I think that's one of his aquascapes, if I'm not mistaken.

Hey guys, I was wondering if ya'll could recommend a book for keeping a mini reef tank. I'm thinking < 15 Gal. I'm a complete beginner, so something geared towards that level would be great.

I was wondering if anyone knows where one can buy ryuoh stones in Austin? I've seen them in a few tropical fish hobbyist magazine issues. Also, if you have bought some offline it would be nice to hear your experience.
Thanks,
Vini

Hello everyone!
I just joined the club and thought I should say hi
I've always wanted to start a saltwater tank ever since high school, but I never had the resources or time until now. I'm looking to start out with a nano reef setup (30 G). As my user name suggests, I'm a total noob at this. So, I figured that being part of the community would make this adventure much more enjoyable.
PS I haven't any supplies yet, so if anyone is has anything for sale let me know!
