Troy-Built 3550 generator with Briggs engine. New, never used. only had a year and ran it for a couple minutes before each storm. This was a good peace of mind for my reef for when the huricanes came to the gulf. Too many scares caused the purchased and well worth it. I paid $600+tax and would be would take $450. Since I am out of reefing there is no emergency that could warrant keeping it and seeing it sit.
here is one:

Hi Clint - I put up with a hair algae problem for years and finally got COMPLETELY rid of it a couple months ago. I bought 2 sea hares and I didnt see anything happening for over 3 weeks....lots of hair algae still...and thinking about buying a couple more sea hares but never got around to it. then over night the hair algae was totally and completely gone. it took over 1 month for both sea hairs to start their magic but once they did they completely cleared all hair agae in under 24 hours in my 135G. I tried everything in the book but in the end the only thing that worked was a pair ($40 worth) of sea hares. Just drop a couple of them in their and wait 30 days ...you will be totally happy...I was! Garrett (addboy) has both of my sea hares. maybe you could rent one from him. LOL

are you sure you want those star polyps? are you going to put any other corals in the tank? if so, you will need to get rid of the star polyps now before they completely take over your tank.

Halides do not necessarily mean "chiller". Keep that in mind. I've been running 2x250w halides over my 75g tank for about 6 years now and have never felt the need for a chiller. Items such as cool running Eheim pumps instead of heat sinks like MagDrives can affect the heat of the tank much more directly than lighting.
my two cents: To me, with having as much money in my tank as I did and not have both high and low temps protected is "jumping" on thin ice. At least if a relay sticks and your lights stay on all night or all weekend when your gone at least the chiller will pull the heat out for you. I had a heater stick on all the time a couple years ago and the only way i knew it was that my chiller stayed running for a hole day without turning off. If I hadnt had a chiller all my corals would have been dead. Chillers are too cheap at under $1000 to not have one. thats my two cents but may only be worth 1 penny..LOL

thanks everyone. I dont think it was because the economy. I priced the stuff to move because I cant afford to not be able to get my Infiniti in the garage. Also, it was right after Christmas when no one had any money and they still bought it all in 2 days. Im just glad it didnt drag out and glad I am able to help out fellow reefers in the process.

Interested in your Cali tort colony and some chalices.
Clint - Sorry I didnt see your post. it was a very crazy day and ended up with about 90-100 people over. at times there were 10-15 people standing in my foyer waiting to get their turn. it was so fast that i never got to even post prices on the corals or check my pm's and emails. people were getting upset because my phone was ringing off the wall and most of the time couldnt answer it. half of the coral went between 10am and noon. I was surprised so quick.
-
Thank you everyone for the kind words. If anyone wants anything please call and make an appointment. Ive sold some already and its been crazy with pm's and phone calls. its too insane trying to hold anything for anyone so I suggest just coming over. My phone number is 512-260-0107. my pm's are full and cant read them all so please call.

Oh, John, say it ain't so!
Oh well, whatever's best for you. I'm sure I'll be lined-up with the rest of everyone here to get a shot at some of your show pieces.
Also, would you list which model ER skimmer you're running and the asking price?
