  1. Gotcha, is the carnauba wax safe to use inside the tank for the fish? And where'd you get the compounds? I'm wondering if I should go in search of the Novus products or the Lifegard acrylic remover. Either that or just sand paper grits to the highest and then polish of some sort.

  2. Well I'd say 90% of the scratches are on the inside... seems like they were using something metal to try and catch the fish that was in it before. Would those products be safe to use on the inside of the tank? And thanks for the quick responses!

  3. Hey guys, just picked up a nice 50 gallon TRUVU tank on CL. I'm planning on making it a display tank, but before anything goes into it, I want it to be free of scratches. Does anyone have an acrylic scratch remover kit or know where I can grab one so I don't have to wait for shipping on the internet? Thanks.

  4. I've also got a true perc if you're interested. About 1.5" and love him EXCEPT he's hosting. Usually a cute/cool thing but he's hosting in my torch corals and is bugging the crap out of them. Those torches cost about 8 times more than that fish... so yea~ he's gotta go

  5. Me? Yup I still have the chalices. Since you've been there the sps's have really started to grow and are finally coloring up. The garf's purple bonsai looks really purple on the new growth haha. I'm free later tonight or the weekend, I believe you have my number. If not, pm me.

Haha and as for the OP... sorry for hijacking the thread, but if it makes you feel better, I'm taking the rest of the corals off your hands :D
