Great stuff. My sand already cleared overnight and the pieces look great. Can't wait to buy more

Man I was too late on the rock. Let me know if it falls thru. Thanks.

I'll take the rock and the sand. Just set up a new tank and need all I can get! I live off slaughter so just pm me when you're free and I'll pick a time. Thanks!

I found a sump on CL that had a skimmer and skimmer pump for $85 so I couldnt pass it up. I'm going to have prof come out to my house to drill those holes for me since I'm not particularly well with power tools yet (been apartment dwelling forever, finally own a home). Besides that, I'll wait on the lights then and focus on sand and live rock.

Quick question all, I want to set up a FOWLR tank with some LPS at one point. To start cycling the tank though I want to just use live rock and a regular filter.
I really want to buy the Current USA Nova Extreme Pro (which they said will work at 30" depth). Should I wait on buying the light and just purchase the live rock and filter?

Ok subsea we'll have to arrange something once I have some time. But I can run sump but no skimmer? Hmm. Less noise is always appreciated.

I'm definitely not placing anything in here until Im fully ready. We have a 20g freshwater that keeps me occupied too.
I want to place the short side against the wall, which is making it difficult to decide how to set everything up. I'm thinking of cutting two holes in the side pane that will be facing the wall and getting some type of sump/protein skimmer combo. I'm happy my fiance isn't complaining about anything haha.

It's not drilled, but he said it was previously used as a saltwater tank. I would like to do a reef tank with a fish since the height would allow nice scaping.

I just picked up a 150g XH off craigslist. Guy thought he was selling a 75 gallon. When I got there I realized he didn't know what he was talking about but he still gave it to me for $200 with the stand. Couldn't beat that deal since the dimensions make this a good divider for our living room and kitchen.
I'm a complete newb to saltwater. All we have is an empty tank and a stand. Nothing else. So any help in what we need to get started in greatly appreciated!
