I also have a 55 gallon with a stand canopy and 3 bulb t5 fixture. I can also include free overflow box and plenty of sand/crushed coral for substrate. There is a post with pictures in the hardware section.

Looks like the buyer backed out so both the tank and Light are still available.
-
Do you still have this tank? I sent you a pm over the weekend
-
tank and light are both pending.

Light is separate too???
does that rock wall looking thing and the sand and heater etc come with it too?
Sorry nothing in the tank comes with it. Just the tank stand and canopy.
The tank stand and canopy are for sale for 120, the light is for sale for 70, you can buy them together if you want.

I have a 55 g tank that is undrilled and it pretty good shape, maybe a few small scratches but honestly i cant remember seeing any. It has a black stand that could use a little cleaning up from salt creep on the top part of the stand. The canopy came with the tank when i got it but it isnt a work of art by any means but it does work and looks nice from the outside. Both are painted black. Pictures were taken with different light than the one for sale. 120$ OBO
48 INCH BLACK SOLAR T5. IT HAS 3X54 T5 HO BULBS AND COMES WITH A SPLASHGUARD AND MOUNTING LEGS. Each T5 has it's own polished aluminum reflector. Two independent light switches. One switch turns on one bulb, the other switch turns on two bulbs. So you can have one bulb on, two bulbs on, or all three bulbs on. I bought it on here a few months ago but ended up not using it. The light is about a year old. The bulbs included are brand new, 2 aquaticLife 420/460 and 1 10K. Please note that the photo above of the 55g tank was not taken with this light in the canopy. $70 OBO

I can save about half of the zoas that close up on me by dipping in hydrogen peroxide mixed with tank water, then freshwater. I drop the zoas in a really small cup with enough water to cover them. I slowly add hydrogen peroxide until the zoas start bubbling slightly. I leave them in there for 10-15 minutes and then I drop them in freshwater for about 10-20 seconds before placing back in the tank. Don't be scared, I have used this method everytime I have a problem with a colony of zoas. One tip is to gently push on the heads of the zoas when you place them back in to your tank to release little air bubbles that can get trapped underneath the skirt if its closed (from the hydrogen peroxide). A few air bubbles trapped are ok, they will come out on their own once it opens back up. This kills the fungus, bacterial, or algae that is growing on the zoas keeping them from opening up. It will take 2-3 days before they will open up again but you will see a noticable difference in the outside of the zoas, 24 hrs later they will look really clean. If they don't open up after a few days and start to look dirty again I will retry the peroxide/freshwater dip. This might seem extreme to the zoas but they seem to handle it just fine. I healthy polyp will always open back up after this type of treatment.
Tried this on a colony I had that was starting to get some crap on them. Worked wonders! I was about to post something about it last week and saw this. Thanks!

This is the best I can come up with.
"Hey, how exactly is a rainbow made?
How exactly does the sun set?
How exactly does the posi-trac
rear end on a Plymouth work?
-It just does."

)Sorry Archie. I've been offered the asking price of both of those. I generally won't consider a lower offer until I see if anyone wants it for the asking price, particularly since all this stuff is hugely discounted even below what used equipment goes for.
Otherwise, I always go by who voiced interest first (either thread post or PM). Since this stuff is posted both on ARC and MAAST, it gets a little complicated at times.
Stephen
Thanks for the response. I would have done full price for both (I still will if I am first in line) please let me know either way. Thanks

pms are full but ill take the refractometer and TDS meter for 30?
Phamily - I think all the reactors are spoken for, but the denitrator is yours if you want it. Let me know.Olaggie and mhart302 - The kalk reactor is a Deltec. I can't find the model # on it (I don't think Deltec ever puts their model #'s on their stuff). The reactor is 18 and 1/2 inches tall and has a footprint of 5 and 1/2 x 5 and 1/2 inches.Medi - The chiller is $200 if parted out from the mixing station.Toxiq Reef - the bulbs are reserved for you.Stephen
not sure if you missed my post but will you take 30 for TDS and refractometer?
Phamily, anytime this weekend. Also, great to hear the CB and YT are doing good, especially the CB since they are always so delicate. Give me a call later today or I can call you.Stephen
Am I missing something?

Hey guys, I am 2 weeks in to my tank and the past few days I have noticed some orange stuff building up on some of my live rock and sand. I also spotted a few small worms and tonight i turned off the light in the tank for about 15 min and when i turned it back on there were some small creatures at the bottom of the tank. The biggest one was about 1/4 inch long and looked like a small clear shrimp. I could not get any pictures to show this though. Any thoughts? I attached some pictures for you guys to look at. Right now I just have a filter some live rock and one clown fish in the tank. I was planning on adding coral and more fish maybe this week. I know I need to get some better lighting and was planning on picking up a powerhead for circulation in the tank tomorrow. Does everything look alright in the pictures and is there anything I need to be looking for? Thanks for the help.
This was day 3, I added live rock and a clown fish to the tank. PH level is stable.
These pictures were taking 4 days ago and some today. The worm is pictured on this first picture of this set.
