  1. Selling my 8 gallon biocube. Includes the tank, maxi jet 606, nano Koralia power head, sponge filters, small magnet cleaner, about 8 pounds of live rock, sand bed, a good sized- two headed frog spawn, a large rock covered in two types of pink and purple zoas, a smaller rock with orange and peach colored zoas, a neon green toad stool that is sprouting a second head, 4 striped trochus snails, 1 strombus snail, 1 Randalls goby, and one candy pistol shrimp. The tank isnt perfect, it has a few scratches and the moon lights need to be replaced, but other than that it runs fantastic! Asking $120. Buyer is responsible for transportation. Also, I currently have no desire to part out. Pictures below, please message me if you're interested.

  2. Ok, I have a question that's plaguing me... While watching Gregs pistol shrimp and gobies this evening the pistol became angry at a crab and started clicking. So here is my thought...

How does the pistol know the gobies from any other fish in the tank? I mean if he clicks at the other fish, how come the gobies can live in the hole with him and he doest click at them???

  3. Went to aquadome Friday and Hunter had a gorgeous one there. He sold it to a guy that was there while we were. He said they're definately NOT a beginner coral. They're finicky. If you have time run down and talk to him about them. He seemed to have some experience with them.

  4. Well nano fish seem to be... Entertaining... I guess. We spent our new years eve chasing fish who were small enough to fit in the cracks of the overflow on a biocube... One made it all the way to the return side! (don't ask me how) and the little highfin went in the grate at the bottom where the sand bed is... Still haven't gotten him to come out. There will be some tank modifications today, that's for sure!!

  5. I had a bigger tank... Started having some health problems and decided I didn't need the responsibility of a bigger tank. I've actually been tankless for a few months.

I was thinking of sexy shrimp too! Yeah... Greg is the sps guy. We will probably move the Zoas out of his big tank into mine. So no nipping. ;)
