  2. I don’t want to be too optimistic and jinx myself, but it seems like things are starting to turn around for the better. The hair algae is getting more thin, hasn’t been growing back where it usually does, and may be disappearing slowly. My sponge might also be starting to recover too. You can tell the dead sponge that is more washed out and transparent and what might be new sponge growth that is more tan color in the shadows there. Hopefully that’s a sign that the tank ecosystem is returning to normal And here are a couple of tank shots just for the heck of it

  3. Testing out my wife's new IPhone XS. I had to correct the contrast a ton and dial down the saturation and it still looks a little too juiced for my likes but here it is. I couldn't export in 4k with 60 FPS as it was recorded natively so it's just 4k at 30 FPS for you techie geeks.

  4. I'm not sure if I'd classify any coral as easy or hard. I just bought my son a hamster ("easy!") and so far it has proven to be more difficult/more work than my 5ft tank filled with SPS. Once you get a green (green? blue?) thumb, they're all fairly easy. That being said, orange Ricordeas are pretty. Orange Digitata are also. You could probably flush both of these down the toilet and they'd still be happy on the other side. Everything is blue and green so you could go nuts.

  5. Level zero! I love it! I would start with these and ask questions as they come up. Also, browse the build threads, find a tank that you like, and find out how it works. The loudest voice doesn't always have the right answer and there are many ways to get to the same result. The trick is to find what works for you, your lifestyle, and your goals. 6. Attach a skimmer, a refugium, and a gfo/carbon reactor asap. I got some live rock for you if you can make it to Round Rock during the evening. Text me 352-872-3738

  7. That flucon works man. Imagine all the people who could have save so much money and corals and rock had this been found earlier! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
