Front lower panel swings up and latches for full frontal access
to twin skimmers. and nightime-lighting for sump/refugium combo.
(This section is lit by twin 130 watt PC's @ 10K all night long)
loaded with sponges, variety of macro algae types and xenia
bedded in 300 lbs of aragonite sand. (8 #40 bags).
This buffered the system very well for the first year we ran without any reactors.
