Various pics of Cyano in my 225. I have a Tunze Wavebox, Tunze Stream, SEIO 1500, Mini Jets....In a nutshell, lots of water movement. DKh is 9, Calcium is 400, NO PHOSPHATES as RO/DI is testing at ZERO for TDS.
So, what causes this to show? This is the second outbreak I've had since January. I do 10% water changes...weekly! Note that my Birdsnest Coral is literally turning white and is dying from this. I've heard that it's phosphates. I have zero. However, I have never seen any definitive information on this bacteria?
