Alkatronics or Aoex

Hey Guys

I am struggling with keeping my alk stable. I travel a bit and can't be here to dose like I should. I am in between the alkatronics and getting an apex with dosers. I need help deciding. What is really keeping me from the Apex is the set up and space constraints. I have a planet 42 cube. I don't have room inside the stand so it would have to be mounted outside someone. And I am super ocd about cords and organization.

If you already know how much to dose your tank and just can't always be there to do it manually, then the doser is a simpler setup in my opinion.   I think there are options for programmable dosers that don't require an apex?

Autofeeders that utilize a rotating hopper can be an inexpensive option option for adding dry supplements also.

There are a few options that have dosing options built in (kH Guardian, kH director and alkatronic). The trident is the only one that requires the apex (and dosing pumps)

Well, your going to be adding a doser and some kind of dosing vessel to keep the supplements. if you travel the apex is super great for that, i use the apex and 2 doses for supplements and i love it. everything stays very stable, but i do have a bit more water volume which helps with any swings. i like the apex setup and the automation. is it expensive. yep.. but it works.
