Miguel Roblero
The corals and fish are healthy and doing well. I picked up a piece of live rock to move it and the anemone was stuck to two pieces and tore. At first I panicked but I noticed that after a few hours, now I have two healthy anemones. The problem is I think the larger of the two anemones was already trying to split itself as it moved over night and I see that it has a split like it's trying to split itself naturally. Is this normal? And I might wind up with three anemones in my tank? Any first hand experience and guidance would be much appreciated. Reefpuck
That's how they're fragged...cut in half. I don't personally have experience with that but I'm guessing they'll heal.
Robb in Austin
Sounds like a natural split and you just helped it along. Should be fine.
