24g JBJ nano cube and all the fixins

I've had this tank up for the last 6 years. I really do like it but it's time to move on to another hobby. I bought this tank new in 2005 I think.
 
She isn't pretty but she has been faithful. No scratches that I can see. Glass needs scraped in a few places that I can't reach due to the rockwork but it scrapes easy.
 
Inhabitants are as follows:
6y/o clownfish (percula)
2 small rbta's they just split so one is very small and the other is about 4" in diameter.
Orange carpet anemone
2 green ricordea
About 10 green frilly mushrooms
And probably 10 red mushrooms
 
Oh and while cleaning today I saw the pistol shrimp that I thought had been long gone.
 
There is probably 18-20# live rock. All from aquadome. And a large rock on the bottom that acts as a frag rack.

Return pump is just a maxijet 1200. I have a few other smaller pumps also.
Refractometer
Sechem iodine/iodide test kit
Alkalinity test kit
API master reef test kit
Timer
Current USA orbit marine LED 24"
Various other parts like syringes, tubing, etc.
Aqualifter and hob holder
RO/DI system that I'm sure needs new filters and membranes.
I have 4 5gal water jugs that I'll include.
 
 
I'd like to get $250 for the whole setup. I've been out of touch for a few years and that may or may not be a reasonable price these days. I'm not really in a huge hurry to get rid of it but I'll let it go for a price that's fair.

***edit*** would also consider trades for woodworking tools.
