Isaac Posted March 3, 2016 Author Share Posted March 3, 2016 seeing the heaters and chiller coil together made me want to add up BTU. chiller is rated 1.5tons. so 18000 BTU. My server closet (on same chiller) uses about half that, 9000 BTU cooling left. heaters total: 800w+300w+50w=1150w ~ 3925BTU. If my chiller valve fails and gets stuck open, I'm screwed by 5000BTU, not factoring in ambient temps, pumps, lights, etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
