ckyuv Posted April 18, 2014 Share Posted April 18, 2014 Alright so yesterday i drank a few beers and decided to fill my trash can with rodi water. While it was filling I decided to go golfing and forgot to turn It off. Well 5hrs later I came home and my dog was soaking wet. Looked around and in my downstairs bedroom where she was playing it was raining from my fan and light fixture. I cut off the water, drilled multiple holes in the ceiling to drain , shop vac carpet floor downstairs, tile upstairs, and ceiling. I've had a fan on high ever since. The sheet rock has about a 3' diameter circle from water but feels dry. Do I have to remove the Sheetrock or once it drys can i patch drill holes, killz paint, re paint and be fine?
