mFrame
POSTING POLICY: We welcome you and invite you to participate in threads and conversations here on ARC. We encourage use of our forums for open discussion and take pride in the general high quality of the thread content on our site. We believe in taking a light hand in topic moderation and are able to pursue that thanks to our excellent members. That said, we reserve the right to edit all comments and to moderate all threads as we see fit. Your topic is more likely to be edited/moderated/deleted if it: contains personal attacks or threats to other members; contains phobic content pertaining to race/sex/sexual orientation/nationality/religion/etc.; is unrelated to the entry topic; is pornographic in nature; or is spam. Please treat each other as if you are standing face to face having a conversation, that seems to lead to more politeness all around. If you find your content being moderated, take time to examine what was edited and why. Do not attempt to discuss the matter in the public forum, rather address questions or comments in private to the ARC staff. If a mistake or misunderstanding was made on our part we will work to rectify it immediately. We ask that you do the same. Repeated moderation will lead to formal warnings, which can and will affect your ability to post as your warning level increases. Excluding the exceptions above, we do not accept requests to delete comments or content here on the site. Here’s why: 1. Because it takes significant time and effort. 2. Because threads are often linked to other content on the site and deleting posts can render a thread unintelligible. 3. Because posts in a thread often reference previous posts in that thread. 4. Because our website content is spidered by Google and other search engines and deleting content affects search results that ultimately can lead traffic here. 5. Because you should not post content to the site that you do not wish to hang around. By posting to ARC you agree that we have the ability to retain or re-post your content. You of course retain rights to your original content (images, text, etc.) but by posting here you grant us the right to use such content within the site. Questions regarding this policy should be addressed to the staff.
mFrame
Just a reminder guys, when you post something for sale please do not edit or delete content from the post after it has sold. If you want to add the word "SOLD" to the title or post to the thread that all items are sold that is fine. Deleting titles alters the history and prevents members from seeing the going rate for items or finding conversation threads that they are looking for. Thanks!
